Dynamic yoga practice in which poses are stringed together in a flowing, fun and challenging sequence with breath acting as an anchor as you move from one posture to another.

The main features of Yoga Flow are fluidity and coherency, diversity of physical poses and clearing the clutter of the mind. At the beginning of the practice you will be welcomed into the only real time that exist-now, and also invited to set the intensions for your practice or to embrace the ones that will be presented to you as an examples. In this class you will be guided through the movements that are synchronised to the breath in order to heat the body, get the blood flowing, elevate the mood and increase the power within. You’re going to flow through lots of Sun and Moon Salutations, always spiced with great diversity of other poses to keep you focused, present and challenged all the time.

Some of the health benefits of this class include relieved muscle tensions, increased muscle and joints flexibility, improved balance and coordination, greater ability to focus and superb calmness of mind.
