Lunch Time Yoga Class is 30 minutes midday practice created to stretch the legs, open the shoulders, slow down the thoughts and invite the breath into the body. With all the benefits of long/er yoga practice, this express class is ideal for busy lifestyle and for all of you who want to sneak in a little flow, stretch, flex, extend, twist & balance before you go back to the office, shop or any other work place. Whether your shift is already finished, or it’s starting afternoon this is a wonderful way to unwind yourself and energize for the rest of your day.
Stretch-to-go, quick fix, breath work or short meditation.. You’ll get all that in as little as 30 minutes. Plus some tips on how you can improve the posture during your work time. Studio provides yoga mats and other props, so you don’t have to worry about bringing yoga mat with you to your work. You don’t have to worry about weather neither, you’ll get your stretch and reset no matter rain or thunder outside.
