Sunrise Yoga Flow as a first thing in the morning or morning Yogalates, after kids are in school and tea pot is empty, are welcoming for all levels of experience. Yoga and/or Pilates practice in the morning is like prelude to a beautiful symphony that life offers every day of our existence. With gentle approach to body and mind, while respecting the energy level in the morning, these classes are setting up the tone for the day ahead of you, energizing and soothing all levels of your being. Either you choose to flow into new day with Yoga or experience fusion of Yoga and Pilates, you will be charmed by the effect of morning practice on your body-mind-life.

Yoga Flow calls out all existed yoga practitioners to experience vinyasa yoga based practice. This creative and satisfying, challenging and strong class in which breath is linked to movement is spiced with affirmations and meditation. As an opposite to active Yang yoga styles, Yin Yoga class is charming and inviting practice designed to suit every body and every mind. Yin Yoga invites you to dive deep, deep into your physique and deep within emotional and mental body, releasing tension and everything that no longer serves you from all levels of your being. Back2Basics Yoga classes are tailored to suit your current needs and regardless which yoga class you choose, we’ll do our best to give you yoga experience you deserve.

Back 2 Basics Pilates class consists of classical and contemporary Pilates movements and exercises designed to strengthen and stretch the whole body, with emphasis on breath and control of the motion. Following all main Pilates principles, utilizing body weight and focusing on performance, Pilates improves strength and quality of the movements subsequently empowering daily functioning. Mat based Pilates class is easy to follow, inviting everyone, regardless previous experience.

Tone Zone is a fitness class which name says it all. Since we believe that is impossible to isolate the muscle and work on it without engaging rest of the body, Tone Zone works on entire body as a whole. Using mainly body weight and small pieces of equipment, Tone Zone brings body into moderate exhaustion with repetitive movements and short pauses between exercises. Fitness class which is a great foundation, but also everlasting way to well shaped and lean muscles or to lose few inches in a safe and effective manner. We invite you to enter with us to the Zone, Tone Zone.
